Very confused by the website and advertising as an after hour/emergency dental service. I broke a tooth this evening and was looking for emergency dental services for the earliest appointment. I called and a receptionist/operator picked up on a Friday evening close to 8 p.m. and said that the emergency dental service was only for existing patients. That isn't on the website and in fact, the top line on the website states if you need emergency dental care , call. Don't mind that they aren't able to see me, but the operator needs a better script when explaining their services and should also provide better service or don't be an after hour receptionist. She also never asked me if I WAS an existing patient. Would love to give no stars, but I can't post unless I pick one. UPDATE: So wasn't expecting the owner of the practice to call me. I spoke with Dr. Dalla and he explained in detail their policies and calmed my anxiety regarding my broken tooth.. I appreciate that he is a business owner that pays attention to what is being said about his practice and would take the time to follow up. I may have found a new dentist.

I’ve been searching for a dental office for my special needs daughter for a long time. I called many offices explaining her situation that she had Autism and anxiety and I was told they didn’t see special needs kids. I came across Ora Dentistry through my google search and gave them a call explained to them my situation and they told me they’d be happy to see her. We scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment I called again and explained her situation and told them she would like her sister and mom to be there for support due to her anxiety and they were totally accommodating and that put me at ease. We got to our appointment and were greeted by Bridgette she was AMAZING with my daughter she made her feel SUPER comfortable through out the entire process! I’ve never seen my daughter so calm and relaxed. When the doctor came in to do his exam on her he too was beyond nice and again made my daughter feel at ease. I really have to thank Ora dentistry for their excellent service! If you have a special needs child this is the place to go! Highly recommend it!

Two years ago I visited this office to assess the viability of getting an implant for a lost tooth. On that first visit Dr. Dalla had x-rays taken, made the assessment, provided me with options, including performing an implant on a lost back molar. I consented, and right then and there, he performed the actual implant and gave me a return appointment to insure all was healing well. Then, 3 months later, he fitted me with the abutment and took impressions for the crown. Two weeks after that the crown was installed. Not only was the work done in record time, but it has been the best fitting crown I've ever had, and I've had 18 crowns in my lifetime of 68 years. This was my second implant. My first implant was by another dental office and does not come close to compare with Dr. Dalla's work. His implant and crown feel like healthy, natural teeth, and in fact, I chew most of my food using that new "molar." I wish I would have gone to him long ago. By far the best around. He is a perfectionist, and is demanding of himself. Just what you should want in someone performing your dental work. Highest recommendations!

I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, so it was very hard for me to trust a dentist. I did a lot of research and decided to go to Ora Dental because my crown was falling (made by another dentist) and there I found out that my implant was broken as well. You can not imagine how happy I am for having found this place!! I got my implant replaced the same day and a temporary crown. I did not experience any pain whatsoever, just a little discomfort the next day, and that was all. I got my permanent crown today and it is so beautiful. I love it! You can't even tell it's not a real tooth. Dr. Dallas is very professional and takes his job very seriously. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this dental office.

I just caught this section. Missed it first time. Not obvious. Well, my wife and I fell in love with Ora Dentistry in Elk Groove. We live in So. San Francisco and come up to our vacation home in Placerville. Then we found Ora for our Implant needs. Great high tech clean modern office with very reasonable or cheaper prices than in the Bay Area. Most importantly is the service and friendly staff there. Just love these "kids" as I am 78! We already recommended friends to them. Save thousands with our implants.

Very happy I found Ora Dentistry! For the first time ever, I’m not fearful to go to the dentist! Dr. Le was amazing with repairing my broken crown (crown was from another Dentist years ago). I returned today for a full X-ray, cleaning and checkup. The Hygienist was also fabulous, very thorough, and extremely friendly! I highly recommend this Dental Group!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Dalla today, and I am SHOCKED by how quick and easy the procedure was. When all was said and done, Dr. Dalla spent 7 minutes on me. 7 MINUTES. I am still numb, but overall there was zero pain or discomfort (aside from being nervous). I drove myself to and from the appointment with ease, which was awesome if you don't want to inconvenience anyone else by driving you. If you are able to, I would highly recommend having this procedure done in the office with Dr. Dalla. Very excited about this, and still in shock with how easy it was. We love Ora and I am so happy that I was able to have this done in the office.

This was my first time coming to the office, I am new to the area I looked at reviews online with different offices for a while before making an appointment and seen they where highly recommended. Wow!! I see why they have such great reviews!! this office is very clean and bright I love natural lighting. I was skeptical at first because of covid but it was super safe they have you wait in your car to avoid crowing in the waiting room, text you when your able to walk in, and they check your temperature and offer sanitizer Upon entry. The staff is very friendly and even though everyone has a mask on you can tell they all have a huge smile when interacting with you!! The office felt safe and clean and I love the air purifiers they have going on to keep it extra clean! I will be returning and making this my primary dentist I had Carmen as my hygienist I have sensitive teeth and thought I would be in pain but I didn’t wince or turn in my chair! And Dr. Le was really sweet and very informative. Thanks Ora!!

I have been dentist hopping for the last 5 years and stopped until I found Ora Dentistry which was referred to me by my co-worker. Not even one of my dental experiences can be compared to my great experience with Ora. They are professional and very detailed with your needs. Special shout out to Bridget who did my front teeth’s gap banding (which I am not familiar with if not for her.) I highly recommend Ora Dentistry. Super impressed by Ora Dental. I had been going to a different dentist in the Kohl’s parking lot and this one is hands downs better. It felt different from the moment I walked in. The place was very nice. All the ladies at the desk were super helpful and friendly. They fit me in immediately for an emergency root canal. The dentist was so kind and gentle and somehow found a way to fit it all in today so that I wouldn’t be in pain. Everyone complains about root canals, but honestly it was not bad at all. Pretty sure that’s a testament to Ora! Definitely ever going back to my old dentist ever again!!

My girl friend recommended Dr Dalla in Elk Grove, I went for consultation and he told me upfront what I need and he explained that I can wait on some of the issues, I felt overwhelmed first when he told me that how much work I needed but I was not surprised as I have not been to dentist for more than 10 years, in the end he told me to just take care of few teeth that were worst and start working my way through, I was little relived afterward, I highly recommend them. Staff was very nice & helped me figure out my finances.

Our search for a skilled and honest dentist is over (no needless/over-treatment here). Dr. Lisa Le is a rare find. Customer service is the best, her skill level is the best (and I've spent a lot of money on dental work in the past with other dentists, so I know the difference). Her assistant Jennifer was great as well, and the office staff ultra-professional and could not have been nicer. Taylor was a stand-out. A beautiful, modern and clean office. Now, I don't have to drive for an hour and a half out of town to go to a good, dependable and honest dentist. Right here in Elk Grove, Ora Dentistry.
